Privacy policy
Effective 23 October 2026. This policy explains what information PLAINSONG collects on plainsongclothing.com, why, and the choices you have. PLAINSONG is a brand of VESTI Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation based in Austin, Texas, USA.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you join the launch list, together with the page you signed up from and, on the product page, the color and size you had selected.
- Usage data: pages viewed, referring site, approximate location at country or region level, device and browser type, collected through our analytics tools.
- Messages you send to hello@plainsongclothing.com.
How we use it
- To confirm your sign-up, tell you when the Tee 240 presale opens and remind you once before it closes, and, if you tick the box, to send field notes about once a month.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To answer your messages.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
- Vercel hosts the site and provides Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which work without cookies and report aggregated data.
- Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, measures site usage with cookies, including which buttons and options are used and whether the launch-list form was sent. It never receives your email address. Neither loads if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. You can also opt out with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Klaviyo stores the launch list and sends our emails.
These providers process data for us under their own terms and privacy policies.
Your choices
- Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to remove you at any time.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to hello@plainsongclothing.com. Depending on the state where you live, you may have additional rights, and we will respond as the law requires.
Retention and security
We keep launch-list emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and Google Analytics event data for 14 months. We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
